How to request deletion
If you want personal information associated with ClareFlow to be deleted, email info@clareflow.io with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as your name, contact details, the business or ClareFlow account involved, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
What happens next
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. We will review valid requests and respond in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Data we process for clients
Where ClareFlow processes personal information on behalf of one of our clients, that client will normally be responsible for the relevant personal information. If your request relates to data we process for a client, we may refer the request to that client and assist them in responding.
Retention requirements
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, to meet contractual or regulatory obligations, to establish or defend legal claims, or where another lawful retention requirement applies. Where deletion is required, we will delete or anonymise the relevant information as appropriate.
